Chinese restaurants in the United States range from steam-table lunch counters to white-tablecloth Cantonese seafood halls, and most fall somewhere in between: a laminated menu, a lunch special board, and combo plates priced a few dollars below the dinner menu. Ordering by number off the menu is normal and speeds things up, especially at takeout counters. Family-style ordering, where a table shares several dishes with rice rather than each person getting an individual entree, is standard at sit-down spots and usually cheaper per person. Many neighborhood restaurants are cash-preferred or charge a small card fee, so it is worth asking or checking the door before you order. Delivery apps cover most areas, but calling the restaurant directly is often faster and avoids the markup.
Hours are published for 6 days a week. On most of those days it is open 11 am–8:30 pm. It is closed on Wednesday. Fremont is in California, on the West Coast, where the climate ranges from foggy coast to hot inland valleys, wildfire season can affect air quality in late summer, and traffic is the main thing to plan around. Getting around Fremont is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across California's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

Highly recommended! They give a generous portion of green onions and cilantro. The soup base is rich‑flavored yet not greasy. I ordered their signature beef stew noodles, which are well‑balanced nutritionally. There are lots of custom options: noodle types, texture, spiciness and numbing spice level. You can also hold the green onions if you prefer. It tastes just like comforting home‑style Chinese food. My kid cannot handle spicy food, so I ordered the non‑spicy version.

Honestly, this little spot is the best I've had in the Bay Area. I always get their signature beef noodles—it’s amazing—their shredded chicken is pretty nice too. The beef is super tender and flavorful, and the broth is perfectly balanced. You can customize the numbness and spice levels. I tried medium spice before and it was too much for me, so I stick to mild now, which is just right. The noodles are great too—chewy but still soft. Overall, I just really enjoy this delicious bowl of beef noodles.

Approved! They pile on the green onions and cilantro; broth was flavorful and not heavy; a balanced bowl (got the signature beef stew noodles). They give you plenty of options - type of noodle, firmness, spice and numbing level, and yes, the ability to opt out on the green onions, etc. Chinese comfort food in a bowl. My kids can’t handle the spice yet so got the items without any heat.

Got a take out order from this place during lunch hour rush. The order was done by phone, the staff was friendly and patient as she placed my order. Upon arrival to my pickup, I was informed that the braised egg was not available so she took it out of my order. Well packed noodles and soup separately!!! The portion of the noodles was great!!! Beef texture was just perfect, melted in your mouth. So juicy and flavorful!!! Tender and tasty! The numbing spice was mild but got a nice kick to it! Lots of cilantro and scallions which I love!! I think overall, the flavor and portion both exceeded my expectations! This is my first visit and will definitely would got back to try some more food!!! The restaurant looks cozy with lots of little 4 seaters tables. Location wise, it's hidden in the back of left side of the plaza.

The highly recommended 招牌牛肉面Signature Beef Stew Noodles are truly delicious! I loved this. With incredibly tender beef chunks, the soup was full of flavor and not too oily. The broth is quite beefy and hearty. Even ordering it non-spicy was great, but I appreciated the waitress letting us know their spice levels are stronger than others. For noodles, I got the rice noodles! So chewy in texture. So good! They are generous with their portions and everything tasted fresh. I'll definitely be back!
